Climbing’s been around for ages – and there are loads of different ways to give it a go indoors, outdoors, and as a sport. In traditional climbing, the climbers are harnessed to a rope while they climb the wall – the rope’s attached to a belayer on the ground to keep them safe.
We are now able to run climbing sessions on our mobile climbing tower from our Hilsea HQ bringing climbing into the City of Portsmouth.
We run courses for the Scouts Climber Badge and for the Explorers Climber Activity Badge for Scouts and Explorers.

Group bookings
Group bookings
Group bookings are accepted, up to a maximum of 12 young people per session. This will give each young person the chance to have a good climb.
Camp or Meeting visits
Camp or Meeting visits
We can attend your camp or your weekly meeting if your campsite or venue you have booked will allow for their climbing tower to be self-led. We also have a mobile tower that can be brought to your campsite if allowed.
